Furniture store management software

Onivaco helps furniture showrooms sell at the counter, see which warehouse still has the sofa, set the right price for each customer group, and export sales and receivables reports instead of Excel.

Furniture showroom with a POS counter

Who it is for

Showrooms, back warehouses, and small furniture chains

Onivaco is retail management software for furniture stores. You sell on POS, see stock by warehouse, keep a separate price list for each customer group, assign customers to care staff, then export sales and receivables reports. Selling on Facebook, Zalo, WhatsApp, TikTok, Shopee plus e-invoice and digital signature is coming soon.

You sell tables and chairs in a showroom, with a back warehouse or a few locations. Staff take deposits, deliver later, or sell to both walk-in and project customers. You need one software so sales, stock, customers, and reports stay together.

Common problems

What furniture showrooms run into when they still work in Excel and chat.

Problem · 01

Excel sales and receivables reports go wrong

Each staff member has a file. Deposits sit in one place, deliveries in another. At month-end, revenue and what customers still owe do not match.

Export sales and receivables reports, and view charts

Sales orders in Onivaco are the source of the numbers. You export sales and receivables reports, and view revenue charts by day or by store. You do not add sheets by hand.

  1. 1 Sell and collect in the software, including deposit orders.
  2. 2 At end of day, review revenue and receivables by showroom.
  3. 3 Export a file when accounting or the bank needs a match.

Problem · 02

No price list that fits each customer group

Walk-in, regular, and project contractors see the same price. Staff remember prices or write them in Excel, so the sale often goes wrong.

Price lists by customer group

You create a price list for each group: walk-in, wholesale, project. When you sell, POS uses the price for that customer group. Staff do not ask the owner every time they quote.

  1. 1 Put the customer in the right group.
  2. 2 Pick the customer on the order to get the right price.
  3. 3 Change group prices on the price list, not by hand on each order.

Problem · 03

You cannot tell if stock is in the showroom or the back warehouse

The display sofa was promised to a customer, but the back warehouse still shows it as available. Or the reverse: the warehouse already issued it, yet the showroom still sells it. Goods move by chat, so you cannot trace them.

Sell across warehouses, stock by store

Each showroom and back warehouse is a warehouse in Onivaco. A sale deducts the warehouse you are standing in. Transfers use a slip, not a verbal message. You know which sample sits where before you promise a customer.

  1. 1 Sell at the correct store / warehouse.
  2. 2 Move goods showroom ↔ warehouse on a slip.
  3. 3 Check stock at each location before you take a deposit.

Problem · 04

You do not know which staff member is caring for the customer

The customer bought a sofa last time; someone else greets them now. There is no purchase history, no owner, so care overlaps or receivables get forgotten.

CRM: customers by care staff

Each customer has a record, a price group, receivables, and order history. You assign a staff owner. When the customer walks into the showroom, open the record to see what they bought and how much they still owe.

  1. 1 Create the customer when you take a deposit or collect payment.
  2. 2 Assign care staff on the record.
  3. 3 Read purchase history before you advise more.
